ABOUT PETER

Peter has two abiding passions in life….. photography and travel. His working career has provided opportunities to travel the world capturing images of the far-flung locations that have inspired him as an artist.

From the crumbling back streets of South and Central America, to the tranquil rice paddies of Southeast Asia and the vibrant happenings of street life in India, his images show a distinctly personal view of the world.

Finding the accidental beauty, the humour and sometimes bathos in the seemingly mundane happenings of everyday life is his constant theme. Each day he records whatever catches his interest as he looks out for unusual subjects, vibrant colours, interesting textures and strong shapes

The portfolios presented on this website contain just a few of the images that Peter has exhibited in the past five years, both in London at the OXO Gallery, and in galleries in Bristol and Bath.

Many of the images have appeared in magazines here in the UK and in Australia. Some have been taken on recent trips while others go back many years. All are for sale as limited edition Giclée Prints.
